Strength & Conditioning classes that include: Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and accessory lifting
Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Sunday: 8:30am & 9:30am
NOTE: All classes are capped at 14 participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Please sign up ahead of time, and if your plans change, cancel at least an hour before class so the spot can be offered to another member. All class reservations and cancellations can be made through the Durango Fitness Club app. Thanks for your cooperation!

Our classes have a mix of high intensity interval training, strength training, endurance, core work, mobility and more! We use free weights, body weight, Olympic lifting, power lifting, mobility, and we often work multiple muscle groups at the same time. Each class is designed to build core strength, endurance, and lean muscle in an intense, efficient and supportive environment. We have indoor and outdoor workout spaces, your first class is FREE, and classes are open to all ages and abilities!
Monday & Wednesday:
