About Us
Serving Durango for 14 years!!!
In 2012 The Vault was started with the goal of a gym in Durango that challenges and pushes clients to meet all fitness goals, without prescribed weight and a super competitive environment. Focusing on support, encouragement, and life-long fitness habits is the premise The Vault was started on and has built upon since day 1. Now, 14 years later, we have some of the fittest athletes in Durango and pride ourselves in the variety of ages and abilities in every one of our classes.
More Than Just Group Classes!
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We not only offer our traditional group classes, but we have our High Volume Classes for beginners who want no barbell, Open Gym for those that want to work out without a class environment, and Personal Training for those that want one-on-one accountability.
What Are Your Classes Like?
Our classes have a mix of high intensity interval training, strength training, endurance, core work, mobility and more! We use free weights, we do body weight, we do Olympic lifting, we do Power Lifting, we do mobility and we often work multiple muscle groups at the same time. Each class is designed to build core strength, endurance, and lean muscle in an intense, efficient and supportive environment. No prescribed weight. Compete with yourself. No scores or times written down. Just you, the mats, the weight you can do, and the workout you can accomplish each day. Our trainers are here and our workouts are designed to support you in your journey to a fitter and healthier you.
